Project Healing Community Initiative Notice

Project Healing is a community listening and system-improvement initiative. It does not provide healthcare, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, emergency support, or individual case review.

Project Healing is a Massachusetts-centered community listening and system-improvement initiative. It gathers input from patients, families, clinicians, healthcare staff, administrators, payers, and community members to identify shared patterns in healthcare experience and support future community-reviewed improvement work.

Project Healing does not provide healthcare, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, emergency support, or individual case review. Submitting a testimony, attending a town hall, or participating in a community listening conversation does not create a clinician-patient relationship with SOA Healthcare, Project Healing, or any participating clinician.

Do not use Project Healing for emergencies, urgent medical needs, symptoms, requests for diagnosis or treatment, medication questions, care-plan questions, second opinions, referrals, or help with an individual healthcare situation. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.

Project Healing is not currently coordinating transportation, medication pickup, financial aid, caregiving, peer counseling, crisis support, or direct volunteer matching. References to neighbor-help, volunteer support, AI matching, or community relief funding describe future concepts only. Any such program would require human oversight, eligibility rules, safeguarding, operational capacity, and counsel review before launch.

Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, facility names tied to an identifiable person, exact dates of care, phone numbers, addresses, or other patient-identifiable information. Project Healing submissions are intended for community listening, private pattern review, and system-improvement planning, not individual healthcare delivery.
